Creative Quilting: The Journal Quilt Project is available for purchase on-line. It was written by Karey Patterson Bresenhan, director of IQF. Jeanne Williamson, creator of the Best of Show quilt for Quilt National 2005 and inventor of the Journal Quilt concept, penned the preface. The book includes Gwyned Trefethen’s May Journal Quilt from 2004. |

Narragansett Bay Quilters has booked Gwyned Trefethen to teach a workshop titled Color Theory 101. This is a full day, hands on, no sewing workshop for anyone who is interested in improving her skills in working with color. |

The Wayside Quilters host Gwyned Trefethen. She will be lecturing on "Designs with Value" on Monday, November 10, 2008 at the Goodnow Library in Sudbury. The following day Trefethen is teaching "Color Theory 101" at the Sudbury Senior Center. |

Gwyned Trefethen will be the featured quilter at the 2009 Bennington QuiltFest in Bennington, VT. She will speak on "Designs with Value" on Saturday, September 19 and "Group Advantage" the following day. When not lecturing Trefethen can be found at her vending booth where she will have quilts and note cards featuring her original artwork for sale. |
