Studio Art Quilt Associates produces a portfolio of the work by their professional artist members, of whom Gwyned Trefethen is one. The portfolio is distributed to museums, galleries, interior designers and art collectors. It is available for purchase. This is the last book portfolio. Future portfolios will be digital. Portfolios are published approximately once each year and include the featured artists most recent work. |

Creative Quilting: The Journal Quilt Project is available for purchase on-line. It was written by Karey Patterson Bresenhan, director of IQF. Jeanne Williamson, creator of the Best of Show quilt for Quilt National 2005 and inventor of the Journal Quilt concept, penned the preface. The book includes Gwyned Trefethen’s May Journal Quilt from 2004. |

Botswana Bounty opens its tour with Fiber Revolution in Africa in the South African National Quilt Festival. The tour includes stops at the Botswanacraft Gallery and the Botswana National Museum. Both are located in Gaborone, Botswana. The tour concludes with a private exhibit at Johnson and Johnson headquarters. |

Ode to Dorothy tours with other sizzling quilts by members of the Fiber Artists Coalition in an exhibit titled Some Like It Hot. The tour kicks off at Simply Chicago Art Loft in Evanston, IL (September 4 - 26, 2010.) The next planned stop is at the Schaumburg Prairie Arts Center (November 2011.) The last booking is at the Pump House Regional Arts Center in Lacrosse, WI (August 4 - September 4, 2012.) |

Balancing Act will be touring with Breaking Through Depression and Insomnia in Conversations in Stitch, a Fiber Artists Coalition exhibit. Conversations in Stitch is co-curated by Linda Witte Henke and Gwyned Trefethen. It debuts at the Anderson Arts Center in Kenosha, WI on January 23, 2011. |
